Born In Greece
In the kitchens of Greece, bold spices and rich flavors were a way of life—passed down through generations and perfected over time. That same tradition inspired a one-of-a-kind chili recipe, bringing something entirely new to the table with a taste that's divine.

The Lambrinides sons!

Built In Cincinnati
When Nicholas Lambrinides arrived in Cincinnati, he carried a dream and his mother’s time-honored recipes. Inspired by the flavors of his childhood, he and his sons opened a restaurant in 1949 with a view of the cityscape that inspired the name, Skyline Chili.

Skyline Chili in Clifton, Cincinnati

Skyline Chili puts a new twist on tradition—starting with a bold, secret-recipe chili, layered over spaghetti and topped with a mound of shredded cheddar to create the world-famous 3-Way. Or, try a classic Cheese Coney. A hot dog on a steamed bun with mustard, onions, and a pile of shredded cheddar.
