SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:  The Skyline Chili 2026 Bengals Trading Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on September 7, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion or sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Skyline Chili, LLC, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH  45014 (the “Sponsor” and “Promoter”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Cincinnati Bengals, Inc.

 

ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio (collectively, the “Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. VOID OUTSIDE FLORIDA, KENTUCKY, INDIANA, AND OHIO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

HOW TO ENTER:  There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

 

• One game piece is included in each pack of Bengals trading cards available for purchase at participating Skyline Chili restaurants in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky or Ohio. Pricing varies by location; or

 

• To get a free game piece without purchasing a pack of Bengals trading cards or visiting a participating Skyline Chili location, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient return postage to: Skyline Chili 2026 Bengals Trading Card Sweepstakes Game Piece Request, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH Each mail-in game piece request must be sent in an outer stamped mailing envelope. One (1) game piece will be mailed in response to each request, while supplies last.

 

GAME PIECES WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.  The Sweepstakes ends and all requests for game pieces must be received by October 31, 2026.  No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, damaged, postage due, late, misprinted, misdirected, or insufficient online or mailed requests or game pieces. All entry information and/or materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.  UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. 

 

TO SEE IF YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE / OFFER: Each game piece will contain either an instant win coupon to win a prize/offer or a code to win one of the 100 Skyline $500 Gift Cards.  ALL POTENTIAL WINNING OFFICIAL GAME PIECES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE/OFFER, EVEN IF HIS/HER OFFICIAL GAME PIECE SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE OFFICIAL GAME PIECE HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

 

TO CLAIM A $500 GIFT CARD:  Email the code from the winning Game Piece (make sure to keep the original Game Piece for your records) to help@skylinechili.com, along with your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and email address (if available).  All emails for a $500 Gift Card must be received by December 31, 2026, or the prize will be forfeited.  Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or mutilated mail/prize claim.

 

TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE/OFFER:  On your next visit to a participating Skyline Chili location, present your entire original game piece when ordering.  All prizes/offers must be claimed by December 31, 2026 or the prize/offer will be forfeited, except Skyline Gift Cards are subject to separate terms and conditions.

 

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason.  Gift Cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.

 

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

RELEASE:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, and the respective owners, managers, directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), shall not be responsible or liable, either jointly and severally, for any or all of the following: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any death or injury to entrant or any person, or any destruction or damage to entrant’s or to any person’s property related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession, travel related to, and/or use or misuse of any Prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Further, Released Parties are not responsible for any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications.

 

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant further agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iii) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizes (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) any lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizes (or any element thereof); or (h) any negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.

 

PUBLICITY:  Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s permission for Sponsor to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

 

PRIVACY:  The collection of personal information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Administrator/Sponsor’s privacy policies located online at the following website pages: https://www.skylinechili.com/privacy/.

 

ERRORS; SPONSOR’S RIGHT OF TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of a winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of a winner from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, administrative, seeding, printing, production, computer or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the prize winners.

 

GENERAL:  Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or Prize notifications. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s representation that he or she meets the eligibility requirements. Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s representation that he or she meets the eligibility requirements.  Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes.  ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

 

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION; LIMITATIONS; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL:  ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.  BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL COURTS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS CONTEST.  THE PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF, AND AGREE THAT VENUE IS PROPER IN, THESE COURTS IN ANY SUCH LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY OBJECTION THERETO BASED ON LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION, FORUM NON-CONVENIENS OR THE LIKE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.  ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY CONTROVERSY, DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
