SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Skyline Chili Birthday Bash Social Media Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 9, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. ET and ends on October 9, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Skyline Chili, LLC, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014 (the “Sponsor” and “Promoter”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio (collectively, the “Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, managers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, designees, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, marketing agencies, website providers, and agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. VOID OUTSIDE FLORIDA, KENTUCKY, INDIANA, AND OHIO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes ONLY on Instagram. To enter the sweepstakes,:

On Instagram post a picture to your Instagram feed of a Skyline Chili Coney, and use hashtag #SkylineChiliWorldRecord, during the Sweepstakes Period (i.e. on October 9, 2024 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.).
The Instagram feed the picture is posted to must be set to public.
The picture must clearly show the Skyline Chili Coney.

Instagram stories do not qualify. Sweepstakes ends October 9, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. ET. Only one Instagram entry per person is permitted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, or insufficient online entries. All entry information submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On October 9, 2024, prize winners (each a “Winner”) will be selected by representatives of Sponsor from among the eligible entries received as follows:

The first 250 eligible entrants who upload a qualifying image to their Instagram feed during the Sweepstakes Period will each receive a $15 Skyline Chili gift card (Estimated Retail Value of $15 each);
One Winner will be randomly selected by representatives of Sponsor from all eligible entrants who upload a qualifying image to their Instagram feed during the Sweepstakes Period to receive a $1,500 Skyline gift card (Estimated Retail Value of $1,500).

The potential prize winners will be notified by Instagram, or via email if available. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential Winner for any reason. If a potential Winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential Winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize Winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason. Gift Cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. Prize Winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ALL SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. and the respective employees, owners, officers, managers, and directors of Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, designees, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, marketing agencies, website providers, and agents (the “Meta Releasees” and collectively with the Sweepstakes Entities, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Entrants or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. Further, the Released Parties are not responsible for any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications. None of the Released Parties have made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize. PUBLICITY: Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes as the entrant’s permission for Sponsor to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

GENERAL: Neither the Sweepstakes Entities nor the Meta Releasees are responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or Prize notifications. Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s representation that he or she meets the eligibility requirements. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL COURTS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS CONTEST.

WINNER’S LIST: Any legally required winner’s list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Skyline Chili Birthday Bash Social Media Sweepstakes Winners, Skyline Chili, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
