Chili Pocket Pastries

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • 15oz Skyline Chili
  • Skyline Shredded Cheese
  • Puff Pastry Sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat over at 400°
  2. Lightly flour your baking sheet
  3. Cut pastry dough into 12 squares
  4. Lay out 6 squares on baking sheet about and inch apart – we’ll use the remaining 6 later in the recipe
  5. Add cream cheese to each square
  6. Shake 15oz can of Skyline Chili before opening, open, and add a spoonful to each square
  7. Top with Skyline Shredded Cheese
  8. Add the remaining 6 pastry square to the top of each
  9. Use a fork to seal the sides of the pastries
  10. Bake in the oven at 400° degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  11. Let cool and enjoy!
