SKYLINE FEST SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY.Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio; and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors and employees of Skyline Chili, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014 (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The Skyline Fest Summer Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) consists of an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a random draw Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) that is available via a promotional website. Entry into the Promotion is free.  Promotion begins on July 28, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 24, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (“Promotion Period”).

 

INSTANT WIN GAME

HOW TO GET A GAME PIECE: During the Promotion Period get one (1) Game Piece (the “Game Piece”) at a participating Skyline Chili location in Indiana, Kentucky or Ohio upon completion of any purchase at a participating store. Game Pieces will be available while supplies last. To get a free Game Piece without visiting a participating Skyline Chili location, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient return postage to: Skyline Fest Summer Sweepstakes Game Piece Request, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014. All Game Piece requests must be postmarked by August 24, 2025 and received by August 30, 2025. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or mutilated mail/requests. Limit one (1) in-store Game Piece request per person, per store visit (a “store visit” is defined as “any 24-hour period in which an individual is present at a participating Skyline Chili location”); and limit one (1) mail-in Game Piece request per person, per day. Each mail-in Game Piece request must be sent in with a self-addressed, stamped #10 mailing envelope. One (1) Game Piece will be mailed in response to each request per the stated limit, while supplies last.

 

SWEEPSTAKES

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, you may enter by going online SkylineChili.com/SkylineFestSweepstakes (“Website”) and following the instructions to complete the entry form as directed. Online Sweepstakes entries must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 24, 2025.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as any 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET). No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Only fully completed entries are eligible.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All potential winning entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry and is void and will not be honored.

Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant in the Sweepstakes, participation will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of participation. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, wireless carrier, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address account associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

Instant Win Game Prizes/Offers (1,000,000 total game pieces distributed).

Eight (8) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) $1,500 Skyline gift card. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $1,500. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are 1:125,000.

13,333 Free Cheese Coney Prizes are available with an ARV of $3.15 each. Odds of winning a Free Cheese Coney Prize are 1:75.

13,333 Free Regular Coke Product Prizes are available with an ARV of $2.99 each. Odds of winning a Free Regular Coke Product Prize are 1:75.

13,333 Free Regular Fries Prizes are available with an ARV of $3.59. Odds of winning a Free Regular Fries Prize are 1:75.

13,333 Free Regular Chilito Prizes are available with an ARV of $3.79. Odds of winning a Free Regular Chilito Prize are 1:75.

66,667 Free Cheese Coney with Purchase of a Coke Product Offers are available with an ARV of $3.15 each. You must purchase a regular Coke beverage product as part of your order in order to receive this item. Odds of winning a Free Cheese Coney with Purchase of a Coke Product are 1:15.

Ten (10) $50 Skyline gift card prizes are available. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. The ARV of each Skyline gift card prize is $50.

 

INSTANT WIN GAME – TO SEE IF YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE / OFFER: Each Game Piece will contain an Instant Win Game Piece revealing symbols indicating that you’ve either won an instant win prize/offer or indicating no instant win prize/offer has been won. To see if you have won an instant win prize/offer, gently peel open the game piece where indicated. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before any prize/offer will be awarded.

INSTANT WIN GAME – TO CLAIM A GRAND PRIZE: Mail in the winning Game Piece (make sure to keep a copy for your records / facsimiles and reproductions not accepted) in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope via registered, certified or express mail (return receipt requested), along with your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and email address (if available) hand printed in ink on a 3” x 5” piece of paper to: Skyline Fest Summer Sweepstakes Prize Claim, Attn: Customer Relations, 4180 Thunderbird Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014 to be postmarked by September 12, 2025 and received by September 18, 2025, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE/OFFER: On your next visit to a participating Skyline Chili location in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, present your entire original Game Piece when ordering. All Instant Win Prizes/Offers must be claimed by September 30, 2025.

SWEEPSTAKES – RANDOM DRAWING: Potential Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about August 25, 2025 among all eligible entries received by Sponsor or its designee. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes depend on total number of eligible entries received.

SWEEPSTAKES – WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email, using contact information provided or collected at time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected, provided sufficient time is remaining to award the prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.  If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Sweepstakes prizes will be fulfilled to the winners upon eligibility verification. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.

 

General Prize/OFFER Conditions. All costs and expenses incurred in connection with redeeming, accepting, or using a prize/offer that is not specifically provided for herein are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize/offer winner. Prizes/offers not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes/offers will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s)/offer(s) of comparable value if any prize/offer listed is unavailable for any reason. All details and other restrictions of prizes/offers not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize to a winner. If any Grand Prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified and prize may be forfeited. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in claiming the prize.

If due to printing, production or other errors, more prizes/offers are claimed than intended, the intended prize/offer will be awarded in a random drawing from all those submitting purportedly valid claims. No more than the number of prizes/offers set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Game Pieces not legitimately obtained and/or used in accordance with these rules are void. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING OFFICIAL GAME PIECES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE/OFFER, EVEN IF HIS/HER OFFICIAL GAME PIECE SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE OFFICIAL GAME PIECE HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Game, including without limitation determinations regarding the validity of Game Pieces.

 

GENERAL. If any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize/offer constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize/offer, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize/offer, including, without limitation, to such prize’s/offer’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen claims or Official Game Pieces. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

 

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT’S CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISIDICATION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL COURTS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO WITH RESPECTIVE TO ANY DISPUTE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GAME.
