Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Whole Milk
  • Can of Skyline Chili
  • Unsalted Butter
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter on low-medium heat
  2. Whisk in 2.5 cups of whole milk
  3. Add in ¼ cup of all purpose flour
  4. Once thickened, reduce to low heat and slowly add 4 cups of Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  5. Stir in 1 can of Skyline Chili
  6. Add in 1 cup of Pace Picante Salsa
  7. Add to a bowl or serving dish
  8. Top with Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
