Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients
- Tortilla Chips
- Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Whole Milk
- Can of Skyline Chili
- Unsalted Butter
- All Purpose Flour
- Salsa
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter on low-medium heat
- Whisk in 2.5 cups of whole milk
- Add in ¼ cup of all purpose flour
- Once thickened, reduce to low heat and slowly add 4 cups of Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Stir in 1 can of Skyline Chili
- Add in 1 cup of Pace Picante Salsa
- Add to a bowl or serving dish
- Top with Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
