Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 can Skyline Chili
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells
- 2 hot dogs, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Skyline crackers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Boil jumbo shells until slightly undercooked. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together:
- Cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Diced hot dogs
- A few spoonfuls of Skyline Chili
- Spread a layer of Skyline Chili on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place into the dish.
- Pour remaining Skyline Chili over the shells.
- Top with hot dog slices and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and then add Skyline cheddar cheese on top
- Crush Skyline crackers on top before serving for extra crunch.
